HELP PROGRAM

HELP offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adult men and women struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Each participant receives a thorough assessment and a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan. Other services recommended for treatment may include individual therapy, family involvement and case management.

IOP TOPICS INCLUDE

Relapse prevention and recovery skills
Education and information around addiction, recovery, and co-occurring disorders
Motivation and change
Mindfulness and stress reduction
Healthy relationships and safe boundaries

PROGRAM PHASES

HELP offers three phases to meet the needs of individuals in various stages of recovery over the course of 4 months (16 weeks)

PHASE 1

Runs 3 days a week, 3 hours per day, in a comfortable and supportive environment.
DAY IOP HOURS:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3 PM – 6 PM
EVENING IOP HOURS:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

PHASE 2 AND 3

HELP offers continued treatment to transition and maintain long-term recovery.
